Cedarbrook Park is a federal Co-op that was built in 1981, located in Scarborough-Guildwood on Markham Road (between Kingston Road and Lawrence Avenue, East) and has been providing co-operative housing to families for over 40 years.

Our co-op consists of 42 stacked townhomes we have 38 three-bedroom (upper units and lower units) and 4 four-bedroom (upper units only) townhomes that back on to a beautiful ravine. The townhomes are heated by electric baseboard heaters. Each townhome has its own detached garage and driveway.

Amenities

  • Each unit is provided a refrigerator and stove.

  • Units have in-unit hook up for washing machines and dryers.

  • The Co-op also has a coin-operated laundry room located by the office and common room.

  • The Common Room consists of a meeting area, kitchen, and bathroom. The common room serves as the Co-op’s meeting room for board meetings and membership meetings. Members can also rent the Common Room for private functions at a fee of $40.00.

  • Cedarbrook Park is located close to shopping, TTC, schools and a library.
